Housing for tomorrow are being built today.
"It's a long road from conception to completion."
Bouygues Bâtiment International accompanies its clients for the duration, breathing life into the property developments of tomorrow.
Without the assistance of project management specialists, the most beautiful building designs may never be built. The job of our experts is to make our clients' plans come to life: from residential developments to tertiary sector buildings, shopping centres, hotels and leisure complexes...
Bolstered by the synergies made available through the Bouygues Bâtiment International and Bouygues Construction network, our specialists guide you through all the stages of your project: needs analysis and feasibility study, site identification, design, construction, administrative and financial procedures, marketing, pre-commercialisation, choice of operators, etc.
Their thorough project management process is conducted with importance being placed on continuous dialogue with your teams, and with just one objective in mind: to guarantee you optimum value even before the first pencil stroke.
Further down the line, during implementation of your project, you can count on our main strength, that which lies at the very heart of our business: construction, where no one goes further. Among our greatest successes in this field are the commercial developments around the SportsHub in Singapore, the Kent Library and Archive Centre in Maidstone, United Kingdom, or the Chrudim Park residence in the Czech Republic.
2008: the starting point for Bouygues Development. The Bouygues UK subsidiary specialising in property development signed its first project, Dagenham Library. The scheme also includes 83 residential housing units, shops and public services as part of an ambitious 'urban regeneration' programme.
From there, the projects continued from London to Portsmouth: Kent Library, Maidstone Archive Centre, and of course Canning Town, a project for which Bouygues has been the preferred bidder since 2009. Situated in London, the project involves nearly 1,100 residential housing units and 60,000 m² of tertiary sector facilities (cinema, supermarkets, hotel). Through Bouygues Development, Bouygues Bâtiment International is now stronger positioned than ever as a global player in the British market.
